SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping within Germany: Delivery time: 3–5 business days, via DHL. Shipment costs are €5.99.

Free shipping on orders of €85.00 or more.

Shipping within the EU: We ship to all countries, mentioned in the table below, via DHL. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch. 

Orders over €170 (Zone 1) are shipped free of charge.

International Shipping We are shipping to other countries as well. Shipping costs are calculated when you reach the checkout. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays We do our best to dispatch orders promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at contact@whenyarnblooms.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
